EXPOSITION
Intercession is the act of standing as a bridge between two or more parties with the view to seek their common good. This could include prayers, petitions, or an entreaty requesting the favour of someone. When Herod arrested James, the church did nothing and he was killed. When they chose to intercede for Peter, his life was spared.
It is God’s desire that every believer be active in intercessory prayer. What a wonderful priviledge you have in being able to come boldly before the throne of the Almighty God with prayers for others.
