Henry Wards quotes: “The heights by which great men reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight. But they, while their companions slept, were toiling upward in the night.” The school/institution set up in the African continent with Ghana in perspective is skewed towards a pool of young people waiting to be employed after completion of their course or program of study. Surprisingly also, a cross-section of these numbers become frustrated and drawn back as a result of the non-existing jobs available and become threats to their communities. No wonder the poverty gaps keep on widening.

It is important to understand and be encouraged as a young adult or teenager to invoke the spirit of creativity and innovation at every corner and look beyond the socio-political and economic orders of nations. We are a generation that must aspire to produce wealth so as to absorb the disadvantaged and less privileged. Endeavour to be part of the generation that produces wealth that impacts their generation and beyond.
