Chairman Dedicates Missions Transit Quarters

The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Professor Opoku Onyinah, on Thursday, August 9, 2018, dedicated the Missions Transit Quarters situated at East Legon in Accra.

The Chairman was assisted by the General Secretary, Apostle Alexander Nana Yaw Kumi-Larbi, and the International Missions Director, Apostle Emmanuel Gyesi-Addo.

The three-storey building, which took two years to complete, is meant to provide appropriate accommodation for external Missionaries of the Church who come to Ghana for official visits and assignments.

The Missions Transit Quarters has the capacity to accommodate over 40 people at a time. All the rooms of the building are fully furnished with voice and data facilities including external Wi-fi for internet access. It also has conference rooms and a spacious car park.

Dedicating the edifice, Apostle Professor Opoku Onyinah expressed gratitude to God for His faithfulness towards the Church. He also commended Apostle Gyesi Addo for ensuring that the project was completed on time.

Present to witness the dedication ceremony were some members of the Missions Board including: Apostle Joseph Assabil (Achimota Area Head and Executive Council Member), Pastor Nicholas Darko (Finance and Admin Director, COP Headquarters), Pastor George Prah Amonoo (Darkuman District Minister) and Elder Prof. Stephen Kwankye (Finance Board Chairman)

Also present were: Apostles Anthony Ahalivor (Madina Area Head), Mike Etrue (Kaneshie Area Head), Onyinah Gyamfi (Dansoman Area Head), Patrick Aseyoro (Odorkor Area Head), Dr. Emmanuel Anim (Principal, Pentecost Theological Seminar) Isaac Tetteh Juddah and Pastor Dr. Joseph I.T. Buertey (Projects, Dev’t & Estate Manager, COP Headquarters), among several others.
