EXPOSITION
All the three temptations from the devil were highly convincing, but Jesus maintained his integrity by not giving in to the devil. Situations should not prompt you to do something that will tarnish your integrity as a child of God.
Jesus was able to overcome the devil because He was full of the word of God. The amount of God’s word in you will help you withstand the devil. Read the bible always and allow the Holy Spirit to help you to practise what you learn.
LESSON LEARNT: Living a righteous life includes having a good moral character.
