Abide In The Word Part 1

EXPOSITION
Jesus likened Himself to a vine, God as the gardener and mankind as the branches.
The branches are the parts of the tree that normally bear fruit.
They need to always abide in the tree in other to obtain the needed nutrients to bear fruit. Similarly, we need to daily stay connected to Jesus by studying His word and prayer to be fruitful Christians. Fruit is used to represent good character seen in the life of a believer (Galatians 5:22-23).
