People will never value your decision until it has been proven right. You must therefore be determined to stand by your decision till it is proven right. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were cast into the burning fire because they did not bow to the king’s idol. However, God was with them so the fire could not harm them. The king finally brought them out and commanded that everyone in his kingdom serve only the God of the three Hebrew men.
God will be with His remnants at all times. If your friends tease you and forsake you because you decided not to sin, remember that God is with you, and He will surely bring you out. God will also glorify you and prove to all your friends that your choice was the best. After school, some of them will realize their mistakes and decide not to bow any longer. When they meet you, they will celebrate you for your decisions.
Others will also realize that their decisions have cost them a lot. They will call on you to help them to have a relationship with your God. Don’t give up, for God will surely glorify you for not bowing. He will put you in important positions. The bad feeling from your friends will not harm you. Be confident and keep waiting on God to glorify you for not bowing and remember to give him all the glory.
