EXPOSITION:
God in His own wisdom realised that it was not good for the man to be alone. Man needed a companion. Though God gave man the right to name all the creatures in the Garden of Eden, man still never found fulfillment with the animals. A help meet was still required.
Animals have never been able to provide the needed comfort and intimacy man always desired. God had to create the woman out of the rib of Adam to be able to meet that need.
The question then arises as to why the postmodern man would want to reverse the order of God. Bestiality (man having carnal knowledge of animals) is fast gaining grounds in today’s society. But the Bible makes it explicitly clear that man needs a woman as a companion for his life’s journey and not animals.
Bestiality has no place among Christians since the initiator of life never sanctioned it from the beginning. It’s only a lie from the pit of hell.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Bestiality is never biblical. God never permitted it from the beginning. Resist every form of it.
