Samuel Tachie-Menson is the Deputy Director of the Children’s Ministry of The Church of Pentecost. He is an Elder of good repute who has been a Child Evangelist since 1978.

Elder Tachie-Menson graduated from the University of Cape Coast in 1985 with B. A. (Hons.) and Diploma in Education. He taught Geography for 12 years at Mfantsipim School, Cape Coast, before joining Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Ghana on fulltime in the year 2000. He is currently the National Director of CEF of Ghana.

Samuel also holds diplomas in Children’s Ministries and Christian Leadership and several certificates – all from the Children’s Ministries Institute, Warrenton, Missouri, USA.

As a Leadership Training Instructor, he has trained countless number of children’s ministries workers (teachers and trainer of teachers) from the West Africa sub –region and elsewhere. He has also attended many conferences on evangelism/discipleship, Christian leadership and missions in Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Tanzania and USA.

He is married to Hannah and together they have three girls.


  • He deputises for the Director of the Children’s Ministry in his absence
  • He assists the Director of the Children’s Ministry.
  • He performs such other functions as may be assigned by the Children’s Ministry Director or the Executive Committee of the Ministry.
