The Suhum Area of The Church of Pentecost has begun this year’s Apostolisation with a clarion call on Christians to make every effort to be grounded in the foundational beliefs of the Christian faith.
The five-day Ministers and Officers Retreat which is under the theme: “Remain in Christ And His Basic Message” is being held in all the Zonal Centres within the Area from Monday, 12th to Friday, 16thFebruary, 2018.
The Guest Speakers are Apostle Dr. Emmanuel Kwesi Anim, Principal of the Pentecost Theological Seminary (PTS) and Apostle Osei Wusu Brempong, Area Head of Aflao.
Topics that would be expatiated includes: “The One True God,” “The Bible,” “Man’s Depraved Nature,” “The Saviour,” and “Repentance, Justification and Sanctification.” Others are: “The Ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper,” “Baptism, Gifts and Fruit of the Holy Spirit,” “Tithes and Offering,” and “The Second Coming and the Next Life.”
In an interview with PENTECOST NEWS, the Area Head, Apostle Anthony Eghan Kwesi Ekuban, was hopeful that participants would have personal encounter with the Holy Spirit and radiates a lifestyle of Christ as they patiently remain in His basic message.
