Gbetsile Peniel Assembly Auditorium Dedicated

The Peniel Assembly of Gbetsile District in the Ashaiman Area of The Church of Pentecost has had its auditorium completed and dedicated.

The dedication service which took place on Sunday, December 9, 2018, was officiated by the Area Head, Apostle Patrick Kingsley Ennin. It brought together ministers in the Area and their wives, as well as traditional leaders.

The construction of the auditorium began in January 2010 under the then Area Head, Apostle Noble Atsu (now retired). The 400-seater auditorium with an office, washrooms and a large car park, was constructed at the cost of GH¢241,705.33.

In an exhortation from 2 Chronicle 5:11-14, Exodus 40:33-38 and 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Pastor David Amankwaa, Resident Minister of the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC) – Michel Camp, disclosed that the church is the physical representation of God’s kingdom.

Speaking on the topic, “And His Glory Filled the Temple,” he indicated that when the church of God is planted in any locality, it must grow and overshadow every tradition.

“We [temples of God] are carriers of His glory. Therefore, we must leave room for Him, everything else must give way,” he said, adding, “In the dwelling place of God, there is power, peace, security, hope, healing, deliverance, miracles and everything is done to the glory of God.”

Apostle Patrick Kingsley Ennin, on his part, praised the leadership and members of the assembly for their prudent use of the resources and the many sacrifices made in completing the project on schedule.

He appealed to the members to make the building their house of prayer and a place of constant fellowship with God.
