Apostle Emmanuel Ofei Ankra-Badu

Apostle Emmanuel Ofei Ankra-Badu is the Director of Pentecost Men’s Ministry (PEMEM) of The Church of Pentecost.

He was born in 1964 at Akuapem Mampong in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He holds a Master of Arts in Divinity (with emphasis on Biblical Studies) from the International Leadership University, Nairobi, Kenya.

Apostle Ankra-Badu was called into the full-time ministry of The Church of Pentecost in 2000 and has since served as a minister of the Church at various stations and capacities in and outside Ghana.

He is married to Mrs. Rosina Ankra-Badu, and together they have been blessed with four children.


  • He is the Chairman of the Ministry.
  • He is responsible for the administration of the Ministry.
  • He chairs the Men’s Ministry Executive Committee meetings.
  • He has general supervision of the PEMEM.
  • He submits the Men’s Ministry general reports to the General Council through the Chairman of the Church.
  • He assigns to the PEMEM Deputy Director such duties as he deems necessary.
  • He is responsible to the Chairman of the Church. He is responsible for the preparation of the PEMEM Syllabus.
