The General Headquarters of The Church of Pentecost has donated 12 brand new motorbikes worth GH₵63,000 to the Tamale Area to aid evangelistic activities in the northern part of the country.
The presentation of the motorbikes was made on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, on behalf of the General Secretary of the Church, Apostle Alexander Nana Yaw Kumi-Larbi, by the Tamale Area Head and Executive Council Member, Apostle Isaac Nii Kotei Djani.
Apostle Kotei Djani indicated that the Executive Council is committed to evangelism which necessitated the purchase of the motorbikes. He encouraged the beneficiary districts to put them to full use.
Receiving the motorbikes on behalf of the beneficiary districts, the Area Secretary, Pastor B. A. M. Abogorago, thanked the leadership of the Church for the remarkable gesture which, he noted, will help beef up missions work in the Area.
He assured that the motorbikes will be maintained and used for the intended purpose.
The beneficiary ministers also expressed joy and satisfaction on receipt of their motorbikes.
