The Middle East Assembly church auditorium in the Ashaiman Official Town District of The Church of Pentecost has been dedicated.
The magnificent auditorium which cost GH¢276,500 to construct has an air-conditioned conference room, an office, washrooms, and other modern facilities. The building was dedicated by the Ashaiman Area Head, Apostle Patrick Kingsley Ennin, assisted by the District Minister, Pastor Emmanuel Kwabena Antwi in August 2016.
Speaking at the service, Pastor C. B. Asante of Lebanon District, admonished Christians to build upon the foundation already laid by Jesus Christ, which is the word of God, since their work will pass through the fire to ascertain its worth and credibility. He stated: “Our human body is degrading day by day and we must focus on Jesus Christ, our solid rock.”
Apostle P. K. Ennin on his part commended the members of the assembly for contributing about 75% of the total cost of the project.
He thanked God for providing the means for the completion of the building and also prayed that God will anoint the temple to become a prayer-answering place for His people.
Apostle Ennin charged the members to live holy lives, stand firm in spite of the trials in their Christian journey as Shadrack, Meshach and Abednego did and continue to build on the solid rock, which is the word of God.
In attendance were Pastors Oduro Ampaw (Afienya District), F. K. Sinatra (Atadeka District and Area Secretary), Emmanuel Akwaboah (Estate) and their wives. Also present was the first Presiding Elder of the assembly, Elder Emmanuel Bonney.
