In fulfilment of their social responsibility and ensuring the holistic development of people in society, the Men and Children Ministries in Suhum Area of The Church of Pentecost have donated to the SOS Village at Asiakwa during the yuletide.
Representatives of the two ministries visited the children’s village on Friday, December 29, 2017, and made a donation of cash and food items worth GH¢ 2,200.
Pastor Emmanuel Anane, the Area Leader of the Men’s ministry, who made the presentation, expounded that, the leadership of Suhm Area of the Church is committed to playing its role in nation building, hence the initiative to support the less privileged in society.
Receiving the donation, Mr Emmanuel Ephraim, Director of the SOS Village thanked the leadership of the two ministries for the kind gesture.
SOS Children’s Village is a charity organization whose goal is to offer a loving home including motherly love, food, education, shelter and healthcare to orphaned and abandoned children.
