A FRESH BEGINNING

I HAVE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED THE tone of circulars emanating from the Church's Headquarters in recent times. What I have gathered from these circulars is a determined effort on the part of the Executive Council to draw church members back to God and to encourage them to establish a personal relationship with Him.

The theme for the year - The God of the Living is My God for Today - the renewed focus on Bible study and prayer for the infilling with the Holy Spirit, as well as the stress being placed on church attendance, all indicate a renewed effort to re-establish the Church on the foundation of true Pentecostalism.

Good Pentecostal leaders are hard to come by these days. I urge the entire membership of the Church to unite with the Executive Council as it prayerfully returns The Church of Pentecost to its days of holiness and power ministry.
