The Dansoman Area Women's Movement of the Church, led by Mrs. Agnes Boateng, has donated items worth over Gh¢8,000.00 to their Area Patron, Pastor Augustine D. Kantiampong, and Mrs. Gina Amaniampong, an Executive Committee member of the Women's Movement and wife of the Area Head, Prophet Amaniampong, to be distributed to the needy in the Area. The items consisted of335 half-pieces of cloths, 12 cartons of key soap and one large sachet of toilet rolls.

Presenting the items on behalf of all the women in the Area, Mrs. Boateng said they were their widow's mite to the poor and needy women within the Church as a sign of their love, and to encourage them that they have 'mothers' who care.

Madam Boateng said as ‘mothers,’ they are very observant and sensitive to the plight of the vulnerable, poor and needy, and gave the assurance that this gesture would not be the end, adding that the movement will continue to put smiles in the faces of the beloved but poor folks.

In attendance to support their leader were the deputy leader, Mrs. Mercy Adu, Deaconesses Obiyaa Appiahkorang and Elizabeth Akonnor.
