CHAIRMAN APPRECIATES EXCURSION TO HEADQUARTERS

Apostle Dr Opoku Onyinah, Chairman, has commended the presbytery of the Bubiashie North Worship Centre (BNWC) for finding time in spite of their heavy schedule to interact with the management and staff of the Church’s Headquarters.

Apostle Dr Opoku Onyinah said it was regrettable that there were however other members of the Church in Accra who did not know where the Church’s Headquarters was located and therefore urged the Church’s populace to acquaint themselves with activities at the Headquarters through regular visits.

Addressing a 32-member presbytery of the BNWC in his office at the Church’s Headquarters on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 the Chairman said one of the benefits such a visit was that a first-hand opportunity would be created for the visitors to appreciate what the Church has achieved by their financial and prayer support.

Touching on this year’s theme for the Church, Apostle Onyinah said it was his prayer that the members would be transformed in the image of  Christ so that they would not be inhibited in any way to reach out to the souls that were perishing.

He urged the members of the Church to imitate Christ who dined with sinners, allowed an adulterous woman to wipe his feet with her hair and healed lepers, which were revolutionary by the standards of his age, so he could win them, adding that the need to have a Christ-like character which transcends all barriers could not be overemphasised.
